The writer did not take the time to understand what my topic actually and could not grasp the concept. The writer did offer several revisions which was good. I would say it is a C plus paper if you just need to hand in something. It was very surface level and matter of fact rather than in dept. For the price paid, the skills were not up to par. So many revisions would not have been required had the writer been able to understand. I provided 5+readinngs and exact instructions.
