The paper was okay, but I would have to edit substantially to submit for a grade. One of the questions I needed answered was "What factors contribute to employees accepting/rejecting such new leadership (non-family member CEO) and what are the implications for the organization?", and the writer answered why a CEO would reject joining a family business which was not the question at all.
