I am sure the writer spent quite a bit of time working on this power point but for the amount I paid it should been an easier process. I spent two hours lining everything up, fixing a few lines that are not academia, such as it didn't stink or something to that effect to it was odorless. Not the kind of work I usually am sent. The revision for the notes was sent too late and I was unable to add to my power point.

Just a nursing diagnosis in the last part where it states Primary Diagnosis and 2 – Differential Diagnoses with Rationale, but no need for revision. I have added that myself. Also, more diagnostic tests were found to help diagnose SLE. Thanks.
